In case of afforestation project and in demand of certifying forest ownership right, company should provide one of the followings:
Documents relating to planted production forest allocation (2 authentic copies)
Document(s) proving forest ownership right of company (2 authentic copies)

Within 30 days from the day of decision on land acquisition and land lease, investor is required to submit the application for land use right certificate (LURC) including declaration statement of land and water surface rental charges by Art. 24.3 of Decree No. 83/2013/ND-CP.
Five days after applying for Land Use Right Certificate (LURC), investor/company shall receive a notice on payment of land rental thru 2 main channels:
- via post by Vinh Phuc Department of Taxation (under the Department of Finance) and;
- later receive in person from IPA officer soon after IPA receives from Vinh Phuc Department of Taxation.
If investor/company already receives the notice from the Department of Taxation, s/he no longer needs to come to IPA to receive the notice.
