Time frame

Time spent for meeting could be from 30 minutes up to 01 hour. Meeting also could be longer depending on the level of complexity of the meeting's contents and/ or any specific issue is raised during the meeting.

Time spent for land visit is about from 30 minutes to 01 hours subject to area and terrain of the land plot.

Time spent for consolidating feedback and signing minutes on land handover is about 15 to 30 minutes

Additional information

Before the meeting, the Department of Natural Resource and Environment is obliged to inform the investor of date and venue of the meeting and necessary preparation for the meeting.

In this step, company (with its legal representative and/or any related persons) attend a meeting for land receiving with representatives of local authorities, including Department of Natural Resource and Environment, Department of Construction, Divisions of Natural Resource and Environment of the district(s) and other authorities of the districts and commune(s) where land plot(s) is located.

The meeting participants should discuss and reach agreement on all contents related to legal aspects and current status of such land plot(s).

Then the representative of the investor and local authorities visit land plot in order to check if red line boundaries and technical infrastructure indicators (indicated on related documents and the planning and cadastral maps) are exactly determined and marked already.

Then, they return to the meeting venue to officially sign meeting minutes on land handover.
