Time frame
Pursuant to Clause 6, Article 9, Decree No. 64/2012/ND-CP, the Government, the time-limit for result issuance should be no later than 20 working days from the date of receipt of a valid application file.
In Vinh Phuc, for the purpose of investment encouragement and administrative procedure reform, this time-limit has been reduced to 10 working days (equivalent to 50% of the time-limit required by the Government). In fact, waiting time for result issuance may extend to 10 working days in case of incomplete application file which needs amendment and supplementation at the request of the Department.

Additional information
IPA shall receive application file and check their validity in compliance with the laws; Later then, IPA will deliver a document receipt and transfer slip to the applicant if the application file is valid. Otherwise, IPA will guide the applicant to re-prepare and complete the application file.
Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of valid application file, the application file shall be transferred to licensing authority for reviewing of its contents and doing field inspection (if necessary).
While reviewing, the licensing authority may require, in writing, the company/investor to amend and/or supplement necessary document(s).
In case the amendment/supplementary document(s) do not meet the requirements indicated in the 1st written request, the 2nd request shall be issued by the licensing authority to provide further guidelines for company/investor to complete the application file.
Please note that if company/investor keeps on failing to complete the application file as required upon the second request, the licensing authority shall reserve the right to refuse the issuance of the license and issue a refusal notice to company/investor.
