Additional information

IPA is the the contact point to receive the application file and transfer the file to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment actually handles the files, prepares for and issues the contract. The file is also transfered to the Department of Finance to define the land/water surface rental.

The Department of Finance defines the rental and issues a notice of land/water surface rental as a basis for land lease contract. Departement of Natural Resources and Environment coordinates with IPA to inform investor of receiving such notice and enterring into land lease contract. The notice shall be delivered to investor via post within two working days as from the date of issuance.
