Additional information

The decision on land acquisition and land lease is issued in form of a simple copy stamped (red stamp) by the province People's Committee. These copies are considered to be authenticated and/or original copies in this sense.

There are 7 fully-signed cadastral maps issued by the provincial People's Committee of which 1 copy shall be kept for filing by provincial People's Committee. In addition, investor is required to send back 3 copies respectively to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, People's Committees of the district and the commune.
