In fact, advertisement and publication costs are variable subject to the pricing policies of each newspaper. Please refer to the rates quoted by Vinh Phuc Newspaper or seek another newspaper for more favorable quotation.
Within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of investment certificate, the company establishment must be published in a written or electronic newspaper in three consecutive issues. Announcement may be made either in Vietnamese or English. For this purpose, investors may enter into agreement with any local/national newspaper in Vietnam.
The publication will be designed and drafted based on the information provided by newly-established company. Then, it will be sent by newspaper ageny via email(s) to the company for its further consideration, revision, and/or approval.
Three (3) consecutive issues on which the investor's ads have appeared shall be delivered to the investor's office on the date of last issue.
