In this step, newly-established company shall receive certificate of tax registration and notice of direct tax management authority sent by Vinh Phuc Department of Taxation via post within 3 (working) days from the date of application handing in. Therefore investor doesn't need to come back Vinh Phuc Department of Taxation to receive results. Appointment slip shall be presented to the unit in charge in case mail delivery to investors is failed.
Please note that no later than day 20 of the month following the month of company establishment, the company is required to submit tax declaration and pay tax obligations (may include value-added-tax, personal income tax of director and/or employees, enterprise income tax, excise tax or natural resource consumption tax if any) at being mentioned in the notice.
