In case of non-approval, a refusal in written form shall be issued clearly indicating the reason(s) for non-approval.

Please note that investor shall receive the Notice of Party Standing Committee as a result only in case the project is going to use an area larger than 1 hectar.

Soon after receiving the approval of project intent, it is advisable for the investor to contact any advisory entity/service provider capable of conducting surveying, measuring, and mapping activities (including planning and cadastral mapping) of the investment project site which serves for the preparing, submitting for approval of construction detailed planning, land acquisition plan, and preparing of the proposed comprehensive plan on compensation, support and resettlement at a latter stage.
