Additional information

In this step, company/investor shall receive an original of building permit and an approved construction design profile (sealed as “approved” by licensing authority - Vinh Phuc Industrial Zone Management Board) or a written refusal notice.

If there is no response from any licensing authority at the end of the time line stated in the document receipt and transfer slip, the company/investor shall be entitled to conduct the construction works in accordance with the design profile which has been evaluated by a competent entity and approved by company/investor.

While issuing building permit, the entity in charge shall stamp on the construction design drawings which is an integral part of the building permit.
