Additional information

In this step, company/investor shall seek a qualified design consultant company as its service provider. The List of construction consulting companies attached herewith provides some companies for reference.

The investor/company and design consultant company will mutually learn, exchange information on construction design service, negotiate service fee, time to deliver the services, and payment terms.

As soon as both sides conclude the negotiation, a Memorandum on construction design service could be signed by both sides. Here is a sample MoU which might vary acorss different service providers.

It is advisable for the investor/company to sign MoU in the first hand. Just in case, both contracted parties could consider not to proceed to sign the contract in the next step.
