Additional information

Pursuant to item c, clause 3, Article 29 of Decree No. 69/2009/ND-CP, the chairman of commune People's Committee shall coordinate with investor in informing of plan on survey and mapping to current land users within the project area and requesting them to create favorable conditions for the investor to conduct survey and measurement at invesment site. It is recommended that investor should proactively notify and coordinate with the commune People's Committee in survey and measurement at invesment site.
