This aims to ensure no overlap with local projects or works on the same site.
Time frame
In principal, result shall be issued by Vinh Phuc People's Committee no later than 10 days for the project locations having been given detailed construction planning with scale of 1/500 and 1/2000 (therefore categorized as "planned location"); or no later than 20 days for project locations having been neither planned nor given detailed construction planning (therefore categorized as "non-planned location").
Depending on nature and scope of the projects categorized as "non-planned location", topographical survey on field shall be required and conducted by administrative authoritie(s) additionally. In such case, time for survey is not included in the aforementioned time-limit and never exceeds 20 working days.

Additional information
The investor shall submit profile on investment project which meets the aforesaid requirements at the IPA’s office. IPA Vinh Phuc shall coordinate with Department of Construction to organize consultation with any related authorities in order to consider and introduce appropriate investment site and request the provincial People's Committee to approve the site.
Please note that the application shall be prepared in Vietnamese. The investors can prepare it by themselves or can seek local support (e.g. from law or consultancy firms).
