It is applicable to the case of no planning on the location.
Planning map endosed by Province People's Committee (an authentic copy)
Topographic map with scale of 1/500 according to Vietnam 2000 Coordinate System (original)
It is prepared by consulting entity in compliance with the law and applicable to the projects which are being implemented or has time for location planning of over 12 months from the date of approval for the location.

In certain cases, for the purpose of administrative management, investor may be required to provide any document which is necessary to clarify or update legal status of the project. Example: In case where the investor who was allocated with land enters into an joint venture agreement with other investors, leading that the major investors is not as same as the first investor, joint venture contract shall be required.
