This step is applicable to the case of projects located within only one (1) district, town or provincial city. For the case of projects located in two (2) or more districts, towns or provincial cities, please refer to the step no. o following this step.

Any time after the decision on approval of investment location, investor could start preparing and carry out to submit application for obtaining land recovery notice of the district People's Committee.

Within 04-05 working days as from the date of receipt of required application, the Division of Natural Resources and Environment under district People's Committee shall issue and publicize land recovery notice through mass media.

The Division also publicly posts the notice at the headoffice of the People's Committees of the commune where the requested land plot is located and at a place for community activities of the commune.

This step is done at the People's Committee of any district where project site is located. The example herein demonstrates practices at the People's Committee of Vinh Yen City for reference.
