This step is applicable to the case of projects located in two (2) or more districts, towns or provincial cities. The results of this step will be further included in the application file for land acquisition and land lease which is later submitted to Vinh Phuc IPA for getting approval of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee (i.e. next steps).
Please note that there are only a proposal and a decision for land acquisition and land lease with handwritten signature issued by the People's Committee; hence, investor shall receive simple copies of such documents having been stamped by red seal of People's Committee. These "red stamp" copies are considered as original in this sense.
Note: This step is done at the People's Committee of any district where project site is located. The example herein demonstrates practices at the People's Committee of Vinh Yen City for reference.
