Depends on many elements (such as difficulty level, mapped areas, required machinery and labors, etc.), cost for mapping will be calculated in accordance with Decision No.2910/QD-CT issued by Chairman of Vinh Phuc People's Committee on 01 November 2012 and other legal source.

Pursuant to fee policy of Vinh Phuc Survey And Map Center, company should pay an advance of 30% of service fee as mentioned herein.

Time frame

Depending on area, topographic feature, legal status of land plot(s), residence around area, weather conditions and others during survey performance, time of performing service contract is often about 17 days or more. In favorable conditions, time to survey and map approximately 100 ha is about 62 days.

Additional information

Please refer to the list of entities allowed to do mapping service in Vinh Phuc attached above. The information herein is provided by Vinh Phuc Survey and Map Centre.

Prior to this step, company/investor and service provider should discuss on the needs of investor/company, negotiate and then shall reach agreement on (1) anticipated time to complete the contract, cost and method for mapping; (2) contract results; and (3) what company should do to support the service provider for mapping. The service contract shall be dully signed and sealed by legal representatives of company and service provider.

It is recommended that investor should usually contact the service provider and supervise its performance on the site till cadastral map is completed.
