Costs

Investor shall pay compensation and support amounts to land users and cost for land clearance to the Land Clearance and Compensation Division as stated in the approved plan on land acquisition and land lease.

Cost for land clearance must not exceed 2% of total compensation and support fund of a project unless the case of projects located in areas with socio-economic difficulties or extreme difficulties or projects to build horizontal infrastructure works, which are not restricted at 2% but based on actual work volumes.

Time frame

Within 20 days as from the date when investor fulfills all payments for compensation and support to land users, land plots must be handed over to Compensation Council for clearance.

This step is applicable to the case of projects located in one (01) district, town or provincial city.

Investor may directly pay compensation and support to land users in coordination with Compensation Council or authorize Compensation Council to pay compensation and support on its behalf or use professional payment service of any commercial bank in Vinh Phuc province.

Payment may be done at the commune People's Committee(s) or at at a place for community activities where the land plot is located. Here, we documented the proceddure of Vinh Yen People's Committee for references.
