Additional information

As the results of this step, company/investor shall obtain 07 cadastral maps certified by the Commune People's Committee and a proposal of the Commune People's Committee to its superior authorities regarding land acquisition and land lease.

Please note that there is only a proposal for land acquisition and land lease with handwritten signature issued by the People's Committee; hence, investor shall receive two simple copies of such document which are stamped by red seal of the People's Committee. This copies are considered as originals in this sense.
