Additional information

This step is applicable to the case of projects located in one district, town or provincial city only. For the case of projects located in two (2) or more districts, towns or provincial cities, please refer to the step or following this step.

The results of this step shall be further included in the application file for land acquisition and land lease which is later submitted to Vinh Phuc IPA for getting approval of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee to be mentioned in next steps.

Please note that there is only a proposal and/or a decision for land acquistion and land lease with handwritten signature issued by the People's Committee; hence, investor shall receive a simple copy of such document(s) which is stamped by red seal of People's Committee. This copy is considered as original copy or also as original in this sense.

This step is done at the People's Committee of any district where project site is located. The example herein demonstrates practices at the People's Committee of Vinh Yen City for reference.
