This step is applicable to the case of projects located in one district, town or provincial citie. For the case of projects located in two (2) or more districts, towns or provincial cities, please refer to the step or following this step.

In this step, company/investor shall lodge all results in previous step and other relevant documents at the Division of Natural Resources and Environment under District People’s Committee for appraisal in accordance with the law.

This step is done at the People's Committee of any district where project site is located. The example herein demonstrates practices at the People's Committee of Vinh Yen City for reference.
