Costs

Payment methods: cash, wire transfer
Investor is required to pay an advance of 10% of service fee quoted at the signed service contract. The service fee is by 1.5% - 2% of total compensation and support fund of a project.

Additional information

This step is applicable to the case of projects located in two (2) or more districts, towns or provincial cities.

Any time after issuance of investment certificate, investor could contact Vinh Phuc Land Clearance and Development Agency to ask for land acquisition and clearance service.

Within 03-05 working days after the contract is signed, a letter shall be sent by Land Clearance and Development Agency to investor via post requesting the investor to assign member(s) to participate in the compensation council.
