or
Authenticated copy of approval for investment intent (2 authentic copies)
or
Authenticated copy of approval of investment site (2 authentic copies)
5.
Planning map endosed by Province People's Committee (original + an authentic copy)
6.
Authenticated copy of decision on land recovery and lease of District People's Committee (2 authentic copies)
In this case, the land plot to be recovered might consist of several different sub-plots, of which one could be currently used by individual persons and households and is classified land type II of the commune people's committee.
