Within 05 days from the issuance date of notice on land acquisition, the compensation council shall identify current land users and coordinate with Division of Natural Resources and Environment to invite them to the meeting on land acquisition.

In the meeting, the council shall identify the type, grade, price, and origin of the land plot to be acquired and the property on land which is basis for the council to make plan on compensation, support and resettlement.

The council then posts the plan at the head office(s) of the commune(s) People’s Committee and at any place for communes' community activities so that existing land users could give feedback on the plan within at least 20 days from the date of posting.

The summary of feedback on the plan shall be reviewed and considered for inclusion in the plan by the Council. The Council also prepares proposal for approval of the plan to the Division of Natural Resources and Environment.
