Representative of leasee should be individual investor or a person appointed/authorized by corporate investor(s) to sign Memorandum of Understanding on land lease with leasor.

Power of attorney (to investor's representative) (original)
Being applicable in case of authorizing to sign MoU.
3.
Legalized copy of certificate of incorporation (Simple copy)
Being applicable to corporate investors.

The signed memorandum of understaning on land lease (MoU) serves as a basic to apply for investment certificate and to sign land lease contract in next steps.
Within 60 days from the date of MoU, investor should complete the procedure for investment certificate.
