Investors are encouraged to declare their investment project information at National Foreign Investment Information System (dautunuocngoai.gov.vn or fdi.gov.vn) before submitting application for Investment Registration Certificate. The investors shall fill the information in the blank form and follow the instruction as appeared in the website. The declared information will be transferred online to the entity in charge that receives the application file (hard copy) in the next step. Upon successful registration, the investors shall be given Registration Code that may be submitted together with application file (hard copy) for Investment Registration Certificate.
