When the application file accepted and statutory fee paid, a document receipt and transfer slip and a payment receipt shall be issued to the applicant. No later than day 14 after a complete application file is received, a notice of EIA appraisal meeting and a decision on establishment of appraisal council shall send to the company/investor via post.
