Pursuant to laws of Vietnam, all foreign documents to be applied to State authorities must be translated into Vietnamese by a competent translator who has registered with local authorities. The translator shall put his (her) signature on the translated version and the signature must be authenticated by Division of Justice under a district level People’s Committee. The investor may contact an authorized translation company or come to the Division of Justice to ask for a list of registered translators in Vinh Phuc before the meeting with a registered translator in the next step.
