Additional information

About 10 days after the date of submission of a valid application file, investor should contact one-stop-shop division of IPA to find out whether the submitted project is approved and/or whether the investment certificate is already issued. In case of non-approval, a written refusal shall be issued which clearly indicates the reason(s) for such non-approval. Investors will correct and supplement files basing on requirements from authorities, then re-submit application dossier for approval.
