For corporate investor(s)

Power of attorney (to investor's representative) (original) The POA must include provisions authorizing the representative to sign office lease on behalf of the investor.

Simple copy of Certificate of Incorporation (Simple copy)
3.
Passport or Vietnamese ID card of investor's authorized representative (original + Simple copy)
Subject to the agreement of both parties in office lease MoU, investor may be required to pay an advance for office lease. Investors should find the quote attached hereunder for reference.
Subject to requirement of each landlord, investor shall sign a memorandum of understanding before officially signing an office lease contract or just sign the contract right away.
With respect to legality of office lease contract, please note that the contract signed with a company licensed to operate in real estate business may be (or may not be) notarized/certified by competent authorities based upon the agreement of both parties (pursuant to Clause 3, Article 67 of Law on Real Estate Business and Article 93 of Law on House). Otherwise, the contract signed with other individual/household/entity is required to notarized/certified by competent authority (pursuant to Article 492 & 500 of Civil Law and Article 93 of Law on House).
