Power of attorney to applicant (original)
This is to provide the applicant with power to submit the application file and receive seal certificate If the applicant is not the company's legal representative. Usually the power of attorney is issued before the date of application for investment certificate and signed/sealed by investor(s). The document attached herewith is just a sample for reference.

Letter of Introduction (original)
This is to provide the applicant with power to submit application file and receive seal certificate if the applicant is not the company's legal representative. Usually the introduction letter is used in case the investment certificate has been issued and the letter is signed/sealed by company's legal representative. The document attached herewith is just a sample for reference only.

Passport or Vietnamese ID card of the applicant (original)
This shall be presented to the person in charge to check if the applicant is the person mentioned in the introduction letter or the power of attorney.
Time frame
Since working time for collecting seal and seal registration is on Tuesday and Thursday weekly only, investors are advised to submit the application file on Friday or Tuesday weekly.
