Application for updating bank account details (original)
This form is of the BIDV bank. Application form could vary from bank to bank.

Authenticated copy of amended investment certificate (an authentic copy)
3.
Passport or Vietnamese ID card of new legal representative of company (an authentic copy)
In case of change of legal representative
Time frame
Depending on the bank, but generally it takes 10-15 minutes to update a bank account details provided that the application meets the bank's requirements.

Decision No. 1284/2002/QD-NHNN of the State Bank dated November 21, 2002 issuing the regulation on the opening and use of deposit accounts at the State bank and credit institutions

Upon amendment of investment certificate, company need to update bank account details that already registered at commercial banks.
