Although it is not mandatory, investor (or its authorized person) is highly recommended to meet with IPA to collect:
(i) information on investment policies in Vinh Phuc province and
(ii) templates/forms relating to the procedures to issue investment certificate.
In order to facilitate a successful meeting, person who has requested for the meeting should make prior phone call(s) to IPA to set an appointment and be advised on the information/documents to be prepared by the investor prior the meeting.
