The Vinh Phuc eRegulations system is an online database designed to bring total transparency to foreign investment procedures in Vinh Phuc. It is brought to you by the Foreign Investment Agency of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam in cooperation with Vinh Phuc People's Committee.
You will find here descriptions of investment procedures inside or outside industrial zones. There are, in Vinh Phuc, 18 industrial zones with adequate infrastructures where investors can establish their factory.
Procedures are detailed step-by-step, from the user's point of view. For each step you have access to the contact details of the entities/offices/persons in charge, forms and requirements, costs, duration and laws.
